Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds are issued for technical errors or service failures.

    Users are entitled to a 100% refund (including any platform fees) if the Provider cancels the order or fails to provide the service.

    Full refunds are applicable under these specific circumstances:

    • Provider cancels the order partially or fully after payment is completed.
    • Provider has not cancelled the order but failed to show up or provide the service.
    • For Home Services, if the user cancels and has made payment before the provider starts traveling.

    Non-Refundable: No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction with professional medical opinions. FurryCare is an intermediary and is not responsible for the clinical findings of providers.

  2. Refund Procedure

    Applicable refunds are typically issued automatically. Due to payment gateway processing (AamarPay), please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method. If issues arise with the original method, our support team (support@furrycarebd.com) will contact you for alternative arrangements.
