For purposes of home service deliveries, a user's full physical address is also necessary, which may be provided at registration or when a specific service is requested.
    • Pet Profile and Health Data: To provide medical care, we collect details about your pets, including name, breed, age, weight, vaccination history, and detailed medical records or symptoms provided during consultations.
    • Technical and Usage Data: Includes IP addresses, device types, browser information, and data on how you interact with our platform, collected via cookies, session storage, and Webpush technologies.
    • Transaction Data: Records of payments, order history, and billing details processed through our secure third-party gateways (bKash and AamarPay).
  2. Use of Information

    The personal information collected is used by FurryCare to facilitate service delivery (consultations and appointments), process secure payments, and for essential communication regarding your orders. We also use this data for security and fraud prevention.

    FurryCare shares your contact details and pet medical records specifically with the Veterinarian or Clinic assigned to your service request to facilitate professional care. We do not and will never sell, trade, or transfer user information to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

    The platform uses secure third-party payment gateways (bKash and AamarPay) that require certain information for transaction security as described in their own policies. Data provided to them is secure and transferred directly without intermediaries. Only required information, such as your name, phone, email, and order details, is shared with them.

  6. User Rights

    Users have the Right to Access, Right to Rectification (correction), and Right to Erasure (deletion) of their personal information stored on the platform. These rights are subject to the settlement of all financial dues and compliance with the laws of Bangladesh.

  7. Children's Privacy

    Users who are minors must have a legal adult guardian to attest to the use of the platform and manage the account. Data stored in minors' accounts is treated with the same high security standards as adult accounts and is shared only for the purpose of services rendered.
